Mercy International Christian Centre We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who are of one substance and equal in power and glory.

The church faith is expressed in that form of doctrine generally held by Evangelical Christians, the distinguishing features of which are stated below. As Evangelicals, we stand for the supreme authority of the Word of God as the only rule of faith and practice, as opposed to all human traditions. We stand for the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper as Christ enjoined them upon His followers; the same in number, in act, in order and in symbolic meaning, unchanged and unchangeable ‘til He comes again. As a New Testament Church, we affirm our belief in the individual priesthood of the believer, in the verbal inspiration and authority of the Scriptures; in the Virgin Birth and essential Deity of our Lord; in His atoning death and bodily resurrection; in His ascension into Heaven and promised inducement of the Holy Spirit; in His personal, visible return and ultimate and undisputed Kingdom and reign. We stand for a regenerated and spiritual church, holding that only those who have confessed a personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord shall be received into this church or welcomed to its ordinances.

God Will Restore Your Lost Years!

“And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.”Joel 2:25 (KJV)

YOUR STORY IS NOT OVER — GOD IS STILL IN THE BUSINESS OF RESTORATION!

Have you lost opportunities, wasted years, suffered disappointments, or watched your dreams fall apart? Do not give up! The God who promised restoration to His people is still able to bring hope out of hopelessness.

What you have lost does not have to determine your future. Your setbacks do not mean that God has abandoned you.

Know these powerful truths:

* Delay does not mean denial.
* Your past does not have to control your future.
* What appears broken can be rebuilt by God’s grace.
* Your season of weeping can give way to a season of rejoicing.
* No situation is beyond God’s power to redeem.

In Joel 2:25, God promised to restore what had been devastated. That same God remains faithful, merciful and powerful today.

May God restore your joy, renew your strength, revive your hope, and open new doors of opportunity. May the disappointments of yesterday give way to testimonies of His goodness.

Where you have experienced sorrow, may God bring comfort. Where you have suffered setbacks, may He grant you a new beginning.

YOUR LOST YEARS ARE NOT BEYOND GOD’S REDEMPTIVE POWER!

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep believing. The God of restoration has not finished with you.

Generosity.

2 Corinthians 9:9–10

Here, Apostle Paul is teaching about generosity, giving, and trusting God as our provider.

Verse 9: “He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.” — KJV

This describes a generous person who willingly shares with those in need. What we give in love is not wasted; generosity produces lasting spiritual fruit.

Verse 10: “Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness.” — KJV

The picture is simple: God provides both seed for sowing and bread for eating. He supplies what we need and enables us to become a blessing to others. As God increases our resources, the purpose is not merely personal comfort but also greater generosity and righteousness.

Never think that helping someone in genuine need leaves you poorer in what matters most. God sees generosity. When He places something in your hands, ask not only, “What can I keep?” but also, “Who can I bless?”

Lord, thank You for being my Provider. Give me a generous heart and the wisdom to use what You place in my hands to bless others. Multiply the seed I sow and let my life produce fruits of righteousness, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Lord God Almighty will not leave or forsake you.

“Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Hebrews 13:5 (KJV):

Here, “conversation” means your way of life or conduct. The verse teaches three important truths:

* Avoid covetousness: Do not allow the desire for money, possessions, or what others have to control your heart.
* Learn contentment: Contentment does not mean lacking ambition. It means trusting God and being thankful while pursuing legitimate goals.
* Trust God’s presence: The foundation of Christian contentment is God’s promise: “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Your security ultimately rests not in possessions but in God’s faithful presence.

The following verse reinforces this confidence: “The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.” Hebrews 13:6 (KJV)

What you possess may change, circumstances may change, and people may come and go, but God’s faithfulness remains.

Through Jesus Christ, we can face uncertainty knowing that we are never abandoned.

Lord Jesus, deliver me from worry, comparison, and the constant desire for more.
Teach me to be grateful and content while trusting You for my needs. When circumstances are difficult, remind me of Your promise that You will never leave me nor forsake me. Be my helper, my strength, and my confidence. In Jesus Christ’s name, Amen.

Criticism of Men/women of God.

Yes. Men and women of God can be legitimately criticised, corrected, questioned, and held accountable.

The Bible does not teach that spiritual leadership makes someone immune from correction.

A particularly strong example is Galatians 2:11–14. Paul says of Peter:

“I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.” Galatians 2:11 (KJV)

Peter was an apostle, yet when his conduct was wrong, Paul confronted him. Other examples reinforce the principle: Nathan confronted David over his adultery and the killing of Uriah
(2 Samuel 12:1–13); the prophet Samuel confronted King Saul
(1 Samuel 15); and Jesus Christ strongly rebuked religious leaders when their conduct was hypocritical (Matthew 23).

This means “Touch not mine anointed” (Psalm 105:15) should not be interpreted as “never question a pastor, prophet, bishop, or other spiritual leader.” In its original context, Psalm 105 recalls God’s protection of the patriarchs as they travelled among nations; it is not a blanket prohibition against holding Christian leaders accountable.

Likewise, Numbers 12 does not mean all criticism of a spiritual leader brings God’s wrath. Miriam and Aaron’s challenge involved Moses’ exceptional God-appointed role and appears bound up with rivalry over his prophetic authority: “Hath the LORD indeed spoken only by Moses? hath he not spoken also by us?”
(Numbers 12:2). God then personally vindicated Moses.

The important distinction is between legitimate correction and sinful attack.

Biblical correction seeks truth, accountability, repentance and restoration; malicious criticism is driven by jealousy, slander, hatred, pride or a desire to destroy someone’s reputation.

In fact, Scripture specifically provides for accusations against church elders rather than declaring elders beyond accusation: “Against an elder receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses”
(1 Timothy 5:19). And when leaders persist in sin, the next verse says, “Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear” (v. 20).

So respect God’s servants but do not confuse honour with unquestioning obedience.

A genuine servant of God remains accountable to Scripture.

No title, anointing, spiritual gift, or position places a person above biblical correction.

There is a crown.

The Apostle Paul wrote “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing” 2 Timothy 4:7-8

The enemy may have fought you.
The storm may have shaken you.
People may have written you off.
You may have fallen more than once—

BUT GOD IS NOT FINISHED WITH YOU!

Rise up, child of God!

This is not the hour to surrender.
This is not the hour to retreat.
This is not the hour to throw away your faith.

YOU HAVE COME TOO FAR TO DIE IN THE WILDERNESS!

There is still a race to finish.
There is still a testimony to give.
There is still a purpose to fulfil.
There is still a crown to receive!

🔥 IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, RISE AND GO FORWARD!
Where fear said, “Stop,” faith says, “Move!”

Where defeat said, “It is over,” God says, “I am not finished!”

Where the enemy closed a door, may God open one that no man can shut!

I declare in the in the name of Jesus Christ, You will not abandon your race.
You will not surrender your faith. You will not exchange your crown for temporary comfort.
You will rise again.
You will pray again.
You will believe again.
You will fight the good fight.
And by the grace of God, YOU WILL FINISH STRONG.

Beloved of the Lord Jesus Christ, let your testimony be:

I FOUGHT THE GOOD FIGHT.
I FINISHED MY RACE.
I KEPT THE FAITH.
AND I DID NOT GIVE UP.

👑🔥 THERE IS A CROWN RUN FOR IT! FIGHT FOR IT! KEEP THE FAITH! AND GO FORWARD IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS CHRIST. AMEN.

YOUR PRAYER HAS BEEN HEARD

“Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand… thy words were heard.” — Daniel 10:12 (KJV)

Sometimes we pray and wonder why the answer has not yet come. Daniel reminds us that delay does not necessarily mean denial.

From the very first day Daniel prayed, God heard him. The answer took time to manifest, but heaven had already responded.

Whatever you are trusting God for today, do not give up because you have not seen the answer yet. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep trusting God.

May God strengthen your faith while you wait, and may your testimony come at the appointed time. Amen.

Little is much when God Almighty is in it.

“Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right.” Proverbs 16:8 (KJV)

It is better to have little and live with honesty, integrity, and the fear of God than to have great wealth gained through dishonesty or injustice.

Never compromise your character just to get ahead. Money can buy many things, but it cannot replace a clear conscience, a good name, or peace with God.

Choose righteousness over riches, integrity over shortcuts, and Jesus Christ over worldly gain.

What you have may seem small today, but when God is in it, you have something far more valuable than wealth obtained without righteousness.

A little with God’s blessing is better than plenty without His approval.

DON’T DESPISE SMALL BEGINNINGS

“A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time.”
Isaiah 60:22 (KJV)

Do not be discouraged because your beginning is small. What looks insignificant today can become something great in the hands of God.

You may be praying, working, waiting, and wondering when things will change. Remember: God has an appointed time. And when His time comes, He is able to accelerate what seemed delayed.

Keep trusting Jesus Christ. Keep praying. Keep working faithfully. Keep believing. Your present condition does not determine your final destination.

Small beginnings can produce great testimonies. Delay is not the end of the story. In God’s appointed time, He can turn little into much.

Lord Jesus, strengthen everyone who is discouraged by slow progress. Give us patience to trust Your timing and faith to keep moving forward. May Your purpose be fulfilled in our lives, and when the appointed time comes, hasten Your work according to Your will.

Patience While Waiting on God

“Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.”

James 5:7–8 (KJV):

James compares the Christian life to a farmer waiting for a harvest. The farmer plants the seed but cannot force it to grow. He patiently waits for the rain and the proper season. In the same way, believers are called to trust God while waiting, especially during hardship, injustice, or uncertainty.

“Stablish your hearts” means to strengthen and firmly establish your heart in faith. Biblical patience is not simply doing nothing, it is remaining faithful, prayerful, obedient, and confident in Jesus Christ while you wait.

Folks, you may have prayed, planted, worked, and waited without yet seeing the result. Do not allow the waiting season to weaken your faith. God has not forgotten you. Continue trusting Christ and remain steadfast. Just as there is a season between planting and harvest, there can be a season between prayer and manifestation.

Lord Jesus Christ, strengthen my heart and give me patience in every season of waiting. Help me not to become discouraged when answers seem delayed. Teach me to remain faithful and steadfast, trusting Your timing and Your promises. May my life be ready for Your coming. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
