SEPTEMBER NEWSLETTER
Welcome to September! It feels like a long time since we have been in touch and we have missed you all. We hope you have not missed us too much. So much has happened in the short time which feels so long since we last wrote to you. But welcome back!!!
Most importantly, let us acknowledge the disaster that has occurred in Nepal/China when so many unnecessary lives have been lost, both locally and to people from all around the world. The Committee and the Healing Group would like to ask everyone to spend a minute to send healing prayers out to everyone in Nepal/China who have lost their lives. We also send healing prayers to their loved ones who are hurting at this sad time. We ask Spirit to be in their hearts and to help their healing process. To those who have lost their lives, we ask Spirit to hold them in its hands and help them to attain spiritual wellbeing. This is the prayer that the Church and, we hope, our Community, sends to Nepal/China.

The Circles fall on the same week as the first and second Circles fall on the first Monday and the Second Tuesday of the Month. We have a new tutor for the Second Tuesday of the month, Marc Impey. Many of you know him and he is a wonderful tutor, so please do attend his group as he has promised many exciting exercises to help you towards becomes a medium. We are still lucky to have Isabelle running the Monday Circle, and, as many of you know, is also an exceptional medium.
Can we please ask that you try as much as possible to be on time when attending the Circles. If you feel that you are going to be late, please give Jeannine a ring to let her know your ETA in order to check with the tutor if your timescale will disturb the Circle which, once formed, carries an energy which should not be broken. Hence, the importance of being on time.
The Shamanic Healing Circle will be in September on Tuesday, 15 September 2026 at 7.00 with the gorgeous ANITA. Please scroll further down to see the explanation as to what a Shamanic Healing Circle is about.

The next workshop will be on Saturday, 12 September with Shaman Wanda Bolton entitled: PAST LIFE HEALING from 11 to 5 pm. We all have luggage our soul carries on its trip from life-to-life. This workshop will help you to release and clear any of those blocks, so that you can move forward with ease– and even more importantly, move forward with the knowledge that you deserve what you want in this lifetime. Even though the next two workshops are in October and November, we thought to let you know now so that you could put them in your diary as they are very exciting.
On Saturday 17 October, this is a workshop entitled: OPENING YOUR HEART TO THE CREATOR with Michael Lennon from 11 to 5 pm. This workshop is designed to help us align with our soul purpose and will draw on teachings passed down by our ancestors and inspired by Native American philosophy. This is an interactive workshop. Please see below for indepth explanation.
On Saturday, 21 November, this is a workshop entitled: A Spiritualist Healing Workshop with Hazel Middleton DSNU ASNU from 11 to 5 pm. During the workshop together we will explore: The History of Spiritualist Healing, Where the Healing Energy Comes From and where it goes to, How to attune to the Healing energies, Etc. Please see below for indepth explanation.

Private Readings

Anastasia, is gentle and welcoming. Those who attend her readings are amazed at her phenomenal mediumship skills and find her connection with Spirit to be exceptional, enlightening and accurate.
Brenda Hodgson is a working medium serving Spiritual Churches across Essex and London. Brenda has 10 years’ experience doing private readings, and running a home circle and workshops. Her readings are said to be very spot-on.
Chris Sillitoe is a natural private reading’s medium and explains everything in detail. He works closely with Spirit and his guides to give an accurate reading which is uplifting and healing giving messages from loved ones.
Eve Cowell, a natural born medium and does psychic, clairvoyance, and empath healing and communicates directly with loved ones and animals who have passed”. Through her guides she is able to give guidance and direction into your life path as well as messages from beyond.
Laura is a well-known medium who is known for her accuracy. She is very popular at many churches for her love of Spirit and her messages from loved ones in spirit. Everyone knows how talented Laura is as a medium.
Sarah Jackson gives accurate message from spirit and works closely with loved ones in spirit to bring forth wonderful healing messages. Sarah also has accurate psychic abilities.
Wanda Bolton is a much loved medium and Shaman. She is known for her exceptional Shamanic Workshops which help you to think and work in a different way. She is also a talented medium and gives messages from the soul. She is a Shamanic practitioner which helps towards balancing body, mind, and soul. She has done many workshops for the church and is a wonderful medium and teacher.

OPEN CIRCLE

Open Circle (Development Circle) is an opportunity to gather with like-minded people in a safe environment to explore and develop spiritual faculties under the direction of an experienced medium. They are usually fun, light-hearted and friendly. The group members will give and receive messages - usually a circle is composed of people at various stages of development, so no pressure is put on the new person. The leader will use games, meditation and sometimes even items such as flowers, ribbons paint or play dough to help the beginner to learn to read and connect with their latent spiritual faculties You will also receive messages from other members of the group and will come away feeling uplifted.

Shamanic Healing Circle - Tuesday, 15 September 2026 at 7.00 pm with the gorgeous ANITA
Circles are a way for people to connect on a deep Spiritual level. And a Shamanic Meditation and Sound Healing Circle is a way to attain deep states of relaxation, as well as benefit from the vibrational energies of sound. This may improve your connection with your Spirit Guides, Ancestors, Mother Earth, etc.
When commencing the above Circle, you will guided through certain visualisations whilst you are deep breathing. This may slow down your mind chatter and soothe the physical body to let go of tensions from your daily life. Then, you will be slowly walked around the Circle performing Sound Healing individually. This will be via a Tibetan Singing Bowl, Tibetan Tingsha's (cymbals) and a Shamanic Drum.
At the close of the Circle, anyone who wishes to share their experience/s with the group is welcome to do so but this is not compulsory. No booking necessary, just turn up.

WORKSHOP ENTITLED: PAST LIFE HEALING will be on Saturday, 12 September with Shaman Wanda Bolton from 11 to 5 pm. We all have luggage our soul carries on its trip from life-to-life. Unfortunately, unlike luggage at the airport, this particular baggage never gets lost, which means you’re stuck with it until you open it up and sort through its ancient contents. But when you do dig through your suitcase, then finally, you can confront and lighten your energetic load.
We all have subconscious blocks, getting what we want and getting to where we want to go, or else we would already be there. This workshop helps you to release and clear any of those blocks, so that you can move forward with ease – and even more importantly, move forward with the knowledge that you deserve what you want in this lifetime.
WORKSHOP ENTITLED: OPENING YOUR HEART TO THE CREATOR will be on Saturday, 17 October with Michael Lennon from 11 to 5 pm. This workshop is designed to help us align with our soul purpose. In today’s world, many of us seek a path towards a more powerful and meaningful life. Drawing on teachings passed down by our ancestors and inspired by Native American philosophy, the workshop aims to awaken these insights and help release the blockages that may be holding us back on our spiritual journey. As we connect with our divine self, we can begin to recognise the life that has always been available to us. We will explore our interconnection with all things, honour Mother Nature, and her children, and recognise spirit within ourselves, around us, and in the sacred ground beneath our feet. This is an interactive workshop.
WORKSHOP ENTITLED: A SPIRITUALIST HEALING WORKSHOP will be on Saturday, 21 November with Hazel Middleton DSNU ASNU from 11 to 5 pm. Hazel is a Diploma Holder and Assessor with the Spiritualist National Union who is a regular Guest Tutor at the world famous Arthur Findlay College. She also has many years of experience as Chair of the SNU Healing Committee and as the West London District Healing Representative. Hazel will gently guide you through this Spiritualist Healing workshop.
Everyone is welcome - no previous experience required other than an open mind and a willingness to explore.
During the workshop together we will explore: The History of Spiritualist Healing, Where the Healing Energy Comes From and where it goes to, How to attune to the Healing energies, The Healer as the Passive instrument, Sitting in the Power with Spirit. How to by the power of thought and prayer to receive Absent Healing for Self and request it for our friends and families, An opportunity as a group to sending Peace, Harmony Healing and Love out to our troubled world, Exploring and experiencing the power of Distant and Absent Healing, And more ….
