It's almost Open House Weekend!! Will you be visiting Charlton RGHT Charlton House & Gardens and St Luke's Church? We will be open on Saturday from 11am to 3.30pm. The weather forecast is good, so our volunteers will be on hand to take visitors to the top of the tower, as well as providing information about the memorials, the stained-glass windows and the Millennium Tapestry. Refreshments will be available too. Donations would be very welcome!

We have a lovely new website and some of our team have new email addresses. Revd Canon Liz Newman wrote about it in last week's newsletter:

The previous website served us for around 9 years but it always had its challenges. So it was definitely time for a new one. Revd Owen has done a fantastic job in creating the content and making this an easily navigable and attractive place for visitors.

The Benefice newsletter is back on Facebook after a pause while we sorted out a few technical issues! Please read and enjoy, particularly news about the visit to Leigh, the Breast Cancer Now afternoon tea, and most importantly the farewell service and reception for Revd Liz (not until October thankfully!).
