When Sikh identity is misrepresented, when fear is stirred up, and when false narratives are allowed to spread unchecked, silence is not an option.

The Panj Kakkaar are not symbols to be misunderstood, politicised, or attacked. They are part of who we are as Sikhs, rooted in discipline, sovereignty, service and responsibility.

Our organisations have stood united in challenging misinformation. Now the Sangat must stand united too.

Join the Sikh community response as we come together in the spirit of Panthic unity, collective responsibility and Chardi Kala.

The focus must remain where it belongs: on Henry Nowak, his grieving family, and the pursuit of justice.

Amandeep Singh joined GB News to address the recent case, unequivocally condemn the actions of the murderer, and challenge nefarious attempts to drag the Sikh community through the mud with false news. We stand in solidarity with the Novak family

There is no room for lazy headlines, political point-scoring, or collective blame against a community with a distinguished and honourable history in Britain.

Refusing to let a tragedy be weaponised is essential to keeping the focus where it belongs.

Jas Singh from Sikh Federation UK spoke on BBC Radio 5 Live Breakfast to address the growing politicisation of the Henry Nowak case, while reiterating the community's deepest condolences to the Nowak family.

The conversation surrounding this horrific case has increasingly been politicised, pulling the public focus further away from the actual grief that should unite us all.

A deeply personal reflection on a tragedy that has shaken the entire community.

A father shares the profound grief, heartbreak, and empathy felt for the family of Henry Nowak, expressing an unimaginable pain that no parent should ever have to wake up and face.

As a community, our deepest condolences, thoughts, and absolute solidarity remain firmly with the Nowak family during this devastating time.

Confronting the falsehoods exposed during the trial is crucial to understanding the reality of the Henry Nowak case.

Jas Singh from Sikh Federation UK spoke to LBC News to express the community’s profound shock and anger, while extending deepest condolences to the Nowak family.

As the case unfolded, it became entirely clear that Vikram Digwa’s defense was built on lies upon lies in an attempt to excuse a horrific crime.

The tragic loss of an 18-year-old with his entire life ahead of him is a devastating reality. A single individual’s deeply disturbing actions must never be used to misrepresent an honourable, law-abiding faith.

PART 3 - Addressing the balance between religious practice and the law of the land is vital for public clarity and community safety.

Jas Singh Sikh Federation UK joined Naga Munchetty on BBC Radio 5 Live to address listener questions regarding UK law, public safety, and the carrying of weapons and specifically the Kirpan.

PART 2 - A statement from Vickrum Digwa’s family, expressing a direct apology to the Nowak family for the pain they have endured.

The family made it clear that their son’s criminal actions have unfairly brought the wider Sikh community into disrepute, explicitly asking that this horrific incident is not weaponised by anyone to inflame division or hatred towards any community.

An individual must be held fully accountable for their crimes, but a single criminal act must never be used to fracture the peaceful fabric of our society.
