In 1999, Peniel French Church was originally planted. Therefore, after appropriate prayer, discussion and preparation, in September 1999 Peniel French Church’s congregation began meeting for Sunday afternoon worship at St David’s Hall, led by Pastor Degaulle Elongama. From the beginning of its new life Peniel French Church has sought out new ways of being church – principally based around the community ministry model of church, and drawing on a developing understanding of the word of God.
