ON SPIRITUAL TRANCE.

Trances became the talk of the Christian world, hundreds would come to Mother Etter’s meetings in hopes of being able to personally experience this sought out experience from God. At one meeting, 15 doctors came from different cities to investigate the trances, one of them tried so very hard to diagnose the trances to a mental illness, He did not want to admit the power of God. The doctor went to other rooms of the meeting place to pray for himself, thinking maybe it could be the power of God, he wanted to find out for himself. He was found in a room in a full trance, when he came out, he testified of seeing the horrors of hell and gave his life to the Lord! Instead of fighting Sister Etter, he joined her in their fight to win souls for Christ from that moment on.
