***I heard Bill Johnson made this statement when he was addressing Christians of this Generation comparing their selves with the past generation and trying to outdo them.

***The book of Jude makes us understand that the only gospel to to earnestly contend for is the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. The gospel that they died for.

***So all this 'I want to be among the Gods general' business gatta stop honey 😂 it's not a bad thing but it has a problem to it. It's either you turn out to overdo it and go in to heresy or you underdo it and go into low self esteem (always feeling like you haven't done enough according to the standard of the great preachers in the past Generation).
Jesus is the author and the finisher of our faith. He is the one we look up to and do what we see him doing. Hallelujah 😁

A part of 1 Peter 1:19 says " and the day star arise in your hearts"
Well it's a new day for new things. No matter how tough your path looks, allow Jesus to rise in your heart. Face every big mountains with your spirit spiced words in prayer. Don't be afraid. There is beauty in the other side of the storm. You are more than a conqueror and the great light is in you. Now Go in great strength and light in the name of King Jesus who is the head of rulers, principalities and powers.

One of my Husbands' favourite scripture. Philippians 4: 6-7. Yep don't worry much about things but speak to God about EVERYTHING and no matter the circumstances the peace of God is ever present to shield your heart. To shield it from fear, doubt, offence, discouragement, disappointment and shame. Have a fantastic day ahead.
