Happy Father’s Day from St. Peter’s! 🩵

We asked some of our St. Peter’s kids what they love about their dads. It’s often the simple gestures that stand out to kids … he’s fun, he’s kind, he plays with us.🥹

Today’s also for the step dads, the father figures, the grandads doing double duty, and anyone missing their dad today. We know this day isn’t easy for everyone, and we see you too.

Massive thanks to Sam Holden for bringing this to life with the animations. What a talent 👏

Friendship Cafe at St Peter’s ☕️

This is a wonderful group for people who are feeling lonely or isolated in our community and can’t travel far. We offer tea, coffee, homemade cake and a friendly community for people to talk to. Everyone is welcome 🤗

If you know anyone who could benefit from this group, please send them along or if you’d like to volunteer, you’re welcome to get involved. This group meets twice a month (first and third Friday).

The next meeting is this Friday the 19th of June at 10:30am 🗓️

We do hope you can make it and Love Brockley with us.

Brockley Max was something special 😍

Every artist brought something completely their own. Different sounds, different stories, different genres and somehow it all came together beautifully.

Huge thank you to all who joined us and to the musicians Blues Tonics, Phil Allen, Gerry Rogers, Ayo-Dele Edwards and John Kyle for making it a night to remember.

Here’s something you might not know, these musicians are part of our worship team at St. Peter’s every Sunday. If the music moved you this weekend, come hear them play again!

We’re at St. Peter’s Brockley every Sunday at 9:30am, 11:30am and 5pm. Everyone’s welcome. 🤍

Somethings always on at St Peter’s… and Wednesdays it’s Community Table 🩵

Low cost groceries. Tea, coffee and snacks. A proper chat. Bingo and colouring books. And some brilliant support from Lewisham Council.

Whether you’re looking for a friendly face, a helping hand or just somewhere warm to be … you’re welcome here.

If you’d like to get involved, we’re always looking for volunteers. If you’ve got a few hours and a big heart, come find us.

We had so much joy on Easter, we had to share it. If you weren’t there this year, we hope you can find us at the next service.

Some highlights included seeing everyone dancing, the kids loving the Easter egg hunt and Joanna Adeyinka-Burford leading us in the most beautiful, family friendly service.

We’re always here on Sunday and you’re always welcome to join us. There’s always room for more. 💛

Maundy Thursday had it all this year. A bring and share feast, our young people led worship, stories were shared, and it felt like the best kind of family dinner.

Here are some snippets from our Easter services last year.

This year we’ve got two all-age services with egg hunts in the morning at 9.30am and 11.30am, and a joyful celebration in the evening at 5pm as well!
