There’s no family like CHURCH FAMILY!!

What an incredible Sunday we had, worshipping, hearing from the word of God, and meeting together at our BIG Family Meeting.

It was so encouraging and uplifting to hear about what God has been doing and what He will continue to do this year.

We lifted up the name of Jesus is worship, as he lifted some of our brothers and sisters up through baptism.

Last Friday we welcomed the Venerable Rod Green BACK to SPS as the New Bishop of Stepney!

He’s officially the ‘bishop designate’ until he’s formally consecrated at the other St Paul’s (the cathedral) in May.

Rod made the final stop on his tour of Stepney with us where we worshipped God, celebrating all He is doing. We also had a time of prayer with church leaders all gathering around Rod, laying on hands of prayer to encourage him in his new role.

We continue to pray over Rod and his family as they get settled back into London, and that he is equipped with all he needs to feel confident and anointed as the Bishop of Stepney.
