💛 There’s always a place for you in our Time & Talents community.
At Time & Talents, we believe life doesn’t stop getting interesting as we get older. Our older people’s groups and community projects bring people together across Southwark, Bermondsey and Rotherhithe to have fun, stay active, get creative, explore the local area and, most importantly, enjoy being part of a community.
Here is a taster of what's on offer:
💪 Strength & Balance – build physical strength, confidence and resilience while helping keep those aches and pains at bay.
☕ Friday Social – a friendly get-together that participants describe as a “youth club for grown-ups!”
🚶♂️ Men’s Walking and Pub Group – discover interesting places, enjoy a stroll and have a chat along the way.
For those needing a bit more support, we also have groups including Happy Mondays, Ruby Tuesdays and our Stroke Club, with activities designed to help people connect, take part and feel supported. Some groups can also include minibus transport and a light lunch.
