On the blessed occasion of the birth of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, we extend our warmest wishes to Muslims around the world.

May this blessed day bring peace, mercy and blessings to our hearts, our families and our communities.

May we be inspired by the beautiful example, compassion and noble character of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and may his love and teachings continue to illuminate our lives.

Between 29 June and 4 July, Sohbet Society held a meaningful retreat camp at Colehayes Park (), with around 100 staff members and volunteers taking part, including day visitors.

The retreat was a valuable opportunity for both spiritual and personal renewal. Throughout the programme, we spent time reading, holding large and small group discussions, reflecting together, and strengthening our sense of unity and shared purpose.

We also explored how Sohbet Society can continue to contribute positively to communities across the United Kingdom, develop our current activities, and create new projects for young people, families, volunteers, and the wider community.

Alongside the main programme, we enjoyed social activities, walks, friendly conversations, and moments of togetherness — and of course, we didn’t miss out on the World Cup matches, watching them together as part of the camp atmosphere.

We would like to thank all our staff, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to making this retreat such a warm, productive, and memorable experience. We are also grateful to the Colehayes Park team for hosting us.

We were delighted to host a meaningful and well-attended seminar on Family, Children and Digital Balance at Sohbet Society.
The programme brought together parents, educators, and community members for valuable discussions on healthy digital habits, family communication, and the impact of technology on children’s development.

We sincerely thank our respected speakers — Süleyman Gümüşsoy, Zeynep Gümüşsoy, and Nurzat Aitpai — for their insightful contributions and engaging presentations.

It was encouraging to see such strong interest and participation from our community. We pray that these conversations continue to benefit our families and future generations.
