We would love to see you this Sunday at St Luke's at 11am for our Holy Communion service - everyone is welcome.

This Sunday is Bible Sunday where we take time to give thanks to God for the Bible and think about its role in our faith. John will be preaching for us and we will be singing:

- Thy Word is a Lamp
- Speak O Lord
- From the Breaking of the Dawn (Every Promise)
- How Firm a Foundation
- Ancient Words
- King of Kings

At St Luke’s, we seek to combine an accessible, informal and friendly church community with some of the more traditional things you might associate with church and the Christian faith – such as robes, liturgy (prayers and responses) and various symbols.

It has been a week since we installed our new Solar Batteries thanks to the The Diocese of Southwark Net Zero programme and it's been great to see them at work!

I've also managed to record a video about the Solar programme at St Luke's and a highlight of how it's working and the impact it's made!

Fantastic to have a sunny day on the first day of our new Solar Batteries! Thanks to The Diocese of Southwark Net Zero fundfor the grant to pay for them, the donor who topped up the funding, and South East London Community Energy (SELCE) for enabling us to add them to the solar array.

Our team have been learning about how we can make sure everyone feels comfortable at St Luke’s today by understanding trauma. If you or someone you know has been through trauma, feel free to message us about how we can support you.
