How do you meet suffering within yourself ❤️

In Buddhism, compassion, karuṇā in Sanskrit and nyingjé in Tibetan, is the heartfelt wish that all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.

Compassion is more than sympathy. It means learning to recognise suffering, opening our hearts to it, and responding with kindness and the genuine wish to help.

And that includes ourselves!

This autumn, we’ll explore how we can bring compassion more deeply into our lives, our relationships and our world.
