Poplar Church

Poplar Church The Parish of Poplar is served by All Saints and Saint Nicholas churches Friday 12.noon. A quiet service that lasts just under half an hour.

Everyone is welcome at All Saints, regardless of age, gender, colour, ethnicity or sexual orientation. If you are confident in your faith, or full of doubt, if you are full of joy or are finding life tough at the moment, if you are familiar with church or are nervous about coming through the door, you are most welcome here. Current services which operate safely under Covid regulations:

am eucharist with activities for children and young people. Come and find some peace and time for reflection amidst the business of life. Followed by lunch at the Seamans Rest

Important Notice – Felix Fresh Food Bank

Unfortunately, the Felix Fresh Food Bank at All Saints Church on Wednesday, 17 June, will not be taking place due to low food supplies.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are hopeful that the food bank will be up and running again soon and will post an update as soon as we receive confirmation.

Good morning everyone,

Unfortunately, this week’s food bank with The Felix Project has been cancelled due to low food supply.

However, we have received a delivery from Irons Food Bank and will still be distributing food on Wednesday at 12pm.

Please note that we will not have the same quantity of food that we usually receive from a Felix Fresh delivery, so once the food is gone, it’s gone. We will do our best to distribute everything fairly.

We also have another Felix Fresh delivery scheduled for 17th June.

Over 220 people received free fresh fruit and veg this afternoon! 🍎🥕

A huge thank you to all the amazing volunteers who gave up their time to help serve the community — we couldn’t do it without you.

The next Flex Fresh at All Saints will take place on Wednesday, 1st April (and no, this isn’t an April Fools joke! 😊).
