Ramgarhia Sikh Gurdwara is working with London-based professional photographer and two-time AOP Gold Award winner Nick David on an exciting photographic project exploring the stories, journeys and experiences of Sikh families and communities across London.
We want to discover the photographs that tell our story - from the early days of migration and building new lives in London, to weddings, gurdwaras, community gatherings, family celebrations and the everyday moments that have shaped generations.
DO YOU HAVE A PHOTOGRAPH TO SHARE?

This is an opportunity to celebrate the people, families and communities who have helped shape Sikh life in London. Alongside historic family photographs, Nick will create new photography, bringing past and present together and creating a visual record for future generations.
The project is being developed as a potential application for the Eidolon Grant, an international grant programme focused on everyday photography and collective histories.
