God is able to pour out His Spirit upon His people, refresh every dry place, restore what has been weakened, and cause rivers of living water to flow again.

In Joel 2:28–32, the Lord promises to pour out His Spirit upon all flesh. Sons and daughters shall prophesy, old men shall dream dreams, young men shall see visions, and everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be delivered.

In Joel 3:18, the Bible speaks of a fountain flowing from the house of the Lord. In John 7:37–39, Jesus cried out, “If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink,” speaking of the Spirit which those who believe in Him would receive.

This service is a call to thirst for God again, to seek a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and to believe the Lord for refreshing, renewal, revival, and restoration.

In Ezekiel 47:1–12, the prophet saw waters flowing from the house of God. Wherever the waters flowed, healing, life, fruitfulness, and restoration followed. This reminds us that when God releases His healing flow, what was dry can live again, what was broken can be restored, and what was barren can become fruitful.

In 2 Kings 2:19–22, the people cried out because the water was bad and the land was barren. But through the word of the Lord, the waters were healed, and the land was restored. In Joel 2:23–27, God promises rain, abundance, restoration, and the recovery of the years that were lost.

This service is a message of hope for everyone trusting God for healing, restoration, renewal, fruitfulness, and a fresh time of refreshing.

In Exodus 34:5–7, the LORD descended in the cloud, stood with Moses, and proclaimed the name of the LORD. In that divine encounter, God revealed His nature: merciful, gracious, longsuffering, abundant in goodness and truth, keeping mercy, and forgiving iniquity, transgression, and sin. This revelation about God and our encounter with Him are relevant to goodness of God we receive.

This service is a reminder that the name of the LORD reveals who He is. His name carries His character, His mercy, His goodness, His truth, His faithfulness, and His power to forgive and restore.
