A little twist on the typical Halloween adventures of scares and ghouls. St Alphege Church Edmonton have planned its annual Light Party for the 3rd year running and with every year it’s been more and more a success. Why not come and take part in free activities, walk away with a goodie bag with sweet treats in a safe space away from the cold, wind and rain

How could I have forgotten the end result of our epic Harvest Lunch. What a success. The Harvest Lunch went down a treat. Families, children, isolated, vulnerable, it was lovely seeing everyone there talking to each other and giving that friendly smile to one another letting each one know we are here. Food was kindly donated by Virens Pharmacy including drinks and desserts too and it was delivered fresh and still hot. Behind the scenes went smoothly and tidy up was a collective. Thank you to all who supported, offered donations, served, washed up and cleared up. Exactly how we had hoped for and what God loves to see. ❤️
