CHRISTIANITY EXPLORED – Autumn 2026
👉 What is it?
Christianity Explored is an informal, welcoming course for anyone curious about Jesus and the Christian faith. Whether you're completely new to church, have some background, or just want to ask the big questions, you'll find a relaxed space to think, discuss, and explore.
Over 7 weekly sessions, we'll look at the life of Jesus through the Gospel of Mark, covering topics such as:
* Who Jesus claimed to be
* Why he came
* What the cross and resurrection mean
* How grace, sin, and discipleship fit together
* What it might mean to follow Jesus today
You won't be put on the spot: there's no pressure to pray, sing, or read aloud. You can ask any question, or simply listen.

Dates (2026): Tuesdays 6, 13, 20 October 3, 10, 17, 24 November
Time: 7,15 pm - 9 pm
👉 Location: Blue Hall at Twickenham Green Baptist Church, 50-52 The Grn, Twickenham, TW2 5AB
👉 Cost: Free (materials provided)
👉 What happens each evening?
A typical session includes:
* Time to welcome guests and chat over tea/coffee
* A short film or talk introducing the theme
* Looking at a passage from Mark's Gospel
* Small-group discussion where you can ask questions and share thoughts
👉 Who is it for?
* People with no church background who are curious about Christianity
* Christians who want to go back to basics and refresh their understanding
* Anyone asking questions like: "Who is Jesus?", "Is Christianity credible?", "What difference does faith make?"
