We gather to deepen our spirituality inspired by world religions, science and the arts. Rosslyn Hill Unitarian Chapel is an open-minded spiritual community in the heart of Hampstead, North London. It offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which people can come together to explore meaning and truth in their search for spiritual, intellectual and emotional growth. As well as weekly Sunday morning services, there are meditation based gatherings on Sunday evenings and choir rehearsals on Wednesdays as well as many other events and one-off social action projects. Join us and be part of a life-affirming spiritual community! We welcome people of all religious faiths as well as those who follow other belief systems such as humanism and paganism. We cherish and live the values of love, compassion, a free mind, service to others, human dignity and strive to practice lovingkindness. We encourage each person to deepen their relationship with God, in whichever way they conceive of the divine. We learn from the teachings of Jesus, yet also draw inspiration from all the world religions, as well as the arts, sciences, and psychology. Today, Unitarianism is a very ‘broad church’ and individual chapels vary greatly. At Rosslyn Hill, we honour our Christian heritage while continuing to draw wisdom from many different religious and philosophical sources.
