Rosslyn Hill Unitarian Chapel Rosslyn Hill Unitarian Chapel is a spiritual home for open minds, in Hampstead, North London. Founded in 1692. Unitarianism is spirituality without dogma.

We gather to deepen our spirituality inspired by world religions, science and the arts. Rosslyn Hill Unitarian Chapel is an open-minded spiritual community in the heart of Hampstead, North London. It offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which people can come together to explore meaning and truth in their search for spiritual, intellectual and emotional growth. 7pm Evening Gathering

As well as weekly Sunday morning services, there are meditation based gatherings on Sunday evenings and choir rehearsals on Wednesdays as well as many other events and one-off social action projects. Join us and be part of a life-affirming spiritual community! We welcome people of all religious faiths as well as those who follow other belief systems such as humanism and paganism. We cherish and live the values of love, compassion, a free mind, service to others, human dignity and strive to practice lovingkindness. We encourage each person to deepen their relationship with God, in whichever way they conceive of the divine. We learn from the teachings of Jesus, yet also draw inspiration from all the world religions, as well as the arts, sciences, and psychology. Today, Unitarianism is a very ‘broad church’ and individual chapels vary greatly. At Rosslyn Hill, we honour our Christian heritage while continuing to draw wisdom from many different religious and philosophical sources. Join us this Sunday 7 June at 2pm for our Stained Glass Design Workshop with stained glass expert Roger Hands. Not only will you learn about the history of stained glass and the Chapel’s unique windows by Edward Burne-Jones, William Morris and Henry Holliday, you will also learn about the process of this ancient craft from start to finish and have the opportunity to draw your own stained glass design. Join us on Saturday 13 of June at 6.30 for a 7pm screening of the People’s Emergency Briefing - a 50 minute documentary film about the climate and nature crisis. Originating from a landmark Westminster briefing for members of Parliament, It aims to foster community discussions and local resilience. The documentary features leading UK experts alongside familiar faces such as Chris Packham, Jennifer Saunders and Deborah Meaden. Tickets are on sale at Eventbrite and will be £5 or £2.50 for concessions. There will be a discussion afterwards finishing at 9pm.
