What a joyful weekend with the Transform Team!

A beautiful time of fellowship, laughter and prayer, celebrating all that the Lord has done among us and giving thanks for the many ways we have seen Him at work.

We also took time to discern and pray about where the Lord is leading Transform next.

📢 SEPTEMBER 'RENEW' FIRST SATURDAY UPDATE

There will be no Transform Ministries First Saturday gathering on Saturday 5 September.

The first Saturday of September coincides with the March for Life, and we want to encourage our community to take part in this important national witness to the dignity and value of every human life. 🙏

Instead of gathering as usual, we encourage you to consider joining thousands of others in standing, praying and witnessing for life.

RENEW | August 2026 🙏

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our August First Saturday at St Augustine’s, Hammersmith. It was a beautiful day of prayer, worship, teaching, Holy Mass and time spent together in the presence of the Lord.

We pray that what God began in each of us continues to bear fruit in the weeks ahead.

Please note: there will be no Transform First Saturday in September, as we are encouraging everyone to take part in the March for Life on Saturday 5 September.

We look forward to welcoming you back for our next First Saturday in October. God bless! 🙏

“There will be one flock, one shepherd.” — John 10:16

A glimpse into our first Transform Young Adults Retreat at Clare Priory — a weekend of prayer, friendship, formation and encounter with Jesus.

From Holy Mass, Eucharistic adoration and powerful talks, to shared meals, laughter and honest conversations, we were reminded that the Lord does not call us to walk alone. He gathers us into one family and draws us deeper into communion with Himself and with one another.

We are deeply grateful for every young adult who came with an open heart, for the friars who served us so generously, and for everyone who prayed and worked behind the scenes.

May what God began during this retreat continue to bear fruit in each person’s life.

Last Saturday, we gathered at St Augustine's Church, Hammersmith for our monthly RENEW day.

The day's reflections centred on the reassuring message, "You Never Walk Alone," reminding us of the Lord's constant presence and faithfulness. Fr Gladson Dabre OSA and Alex Thanickal shared talks on our identity in Christ, and the Lord who heals us!

Together we celebrated Holy Mass, spent time in Eucharistic Adoration, and concluded the day with a healing service, entrusting our needs to the Lord.

RESTORE Retreat – 26–28 June 2026

From 26–28 June 2026, we gathered at Clare Priory for our RESTORE retreat, inspired by the words of Jeremiah 30:17: "For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord."

Throughout the weekend, we reflected on restoring our wounded hearts and allowing Christ to bring His healing into the deepest places of our lives. The retreat included Holy Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, Confession, prayer ministry, healing services, and times of fellowship filled with joy and hope.

It was a grace-filled weekend as we witnessed the Lord touching hearts, bringing reconciliation, healing, and renewed faith.

A few spaces remain for our first ever Restless Hearts Young Adult Retreat! ❤️‍🔥

Join us for a weekend of prayer, renewal, and authentic Christian community as we seek to grow in intimacy with the Father and deeper communion with one another.

The weekend will include inspiring talks, the Sacraments, praise and worship, healing services, workshops, and plenty of time to relax, share meals, and build lasting friendships with other young Catholics.

If you’re aged 18–30, we’d love to welcome you.
