Cornerstone Church is a Church of England parish church which was founded in 1998 when both St Paul's Leyton and St Catherine's Leytonstone joined forces to become a local spiritual powe

rhouse and social heart for our community. The name 'Cornerstone' is one of the titles given to Jesus as he is the foundation upon which human life should be built. We aim to be a place where all can come, no matter how difficult life has been, and find hope and life and joy in Jesus.

It is Holy Week and there are some amazing ways for us to engage with the Easter Story including

- Maundy Thursday Service followed by an hour of uninterrupted worship
- Stations of the Cross on Good Friday for All Ages 9:30-11am
- Good Friday joint service with our friends at Elim and Gateway 11am followed by our Walk of Witness
- Easter Day celebrations including 9:30am communion & All Age celebration at 10:30pm!

Families Outreach & Discipleship Lead – Full time
This role will lead our mission and ministry with under 18s and families. Key to this role will be the development of discipleship pathways through which children and families can explore faith and find their place in the church.

Children’s Pastor – Full Time – Cornerstone Church Leyton & St Gabriels Walthamstow
We are seeking to recruit a full time Children’s Pastor who will work collaboratively across two neighbouring parish churches to develop and grow our ministry with children and families in our community.
