Our Church has stood as a beacon of God’s light and love in its prominent position alongside West End Green since 1897 and we rejoice in our dedication as Emmanuel — ‘God with us’. ve vision of God’s all-embracing love and everyone is warmly welcome at all our services and activities, irrespective of race, age, sexual orientation, physical ability or way of life. Emmanuel Church is a part of the North Camden Deanery of the Edmonton Episcopal Area of the Diocese of London. First and foremost we seek to be a community of prayer, rooted in the celebration of the Eucharist not only Sunday by Sunday, but throughout the week too. In so doing we seek to place our aspirations and all that we are in the broader perspective of God’s liberating and redeeming love for the world. We are members of the organisation ‘Inclusive Church'. We very much hope that at Emmanuel you will glimpse something of the awe and majesty of God’s eternal presence, but also experience the love, fun and friendship which binds us together as the pilgrim people of God as we seek his will for our lives.

Our Summer Fete is just around and we can not wait 🎉 something for everyone this year.. ping pong tournament, soft play for toddlers (under 3’s only), games, great auction items and much more. Join us on the 12th July between 1 and 4, we will be in the font and back garden and inside the church so make sure you explore.. Followed by Hymns and Pimms 🎶

We are looking forward to our Scouts Investiture this evening. This is a special ceremony where Scouts make their promise, receive their badges and become part of the scouting family. An important milestone in any Scout’s life.

We have had a great time at our Patronal BBQ. Thank you for whose who came. Now time for our Chiral Evensong at 6.30. We look forward to seeing you there

Our annual Patronal Festival bring and share BBQ. After our 10.30 mass, bring a side dessert or soft drink and a blanket only if you are able! .. we’ll provide the rest. (we will bring the party inside if the rain insists!)
