Aslamo-alaikum. We are reaching out to our New Muslim brothers & sisters, New Muslim groups, revert circles, student networks, and local WhatsApp communities who may wish to host an Eid Picnic for New Muslims this Eid‑ul‑Adha.

Your “picnic” can be in a park, community centre, restaurant, Masjid, or any comfortable indoor or outdoor space. The goal is to create a gentle, welcoming gathering where our New Muslim brothers & sisters can meet others, share food, and celebrate Eid with companionship.

New Muslim Care is looking to sponsor a series of networking dinners for our brothers & sisters who have reverted/converted to Islam. The primary goal is to provide a space for New Muslims to come together, share their stories and be more part of the Muslim family – all over a delicious meal. The offer is open to all New Muslims, whether individuals, families or groups serving & supporting our brothers & sisters, who wish to take benefit from this initiative and host a networking dinner.

The World Hijab Day is celebrated annually on 1st February, whose primary purpose is to offer awareness, education and empowerment and through this, Insha-ALLAH, reduce discrimination and prejudice against Muslim women. We are looking to fully celebrate this unique occasion and are asking everyone to participate. We will be sharing further details, including a guide, to say how you may wish to engage and mark the day. This will be supported by a national campaign, as we do, for example, for National Mosque Open Day and Unity Iftaar.

This, as you aware, is an important topic that requires both brothers and sisters working together at the local level to ensure the message reaches as many people as possible. It is a topic that affects all our mothers, wives, daughters and sisters, and it is paramount we support them and uphold what we believe. We will do our best to assist your efforts.
