“It is important to speak based on the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, not emotions.” — Rev. Steve Ikebuwa

Not everything you feel needs to be spoken.

Emotions can be real, but they are not always reliable. Anger can make you say what you will later regret. Fear can make you speak from anxiety. Pain can make you interpret situations wrongly. Excitement can make you promise what you cannot sustain.

This is why spiritual maturity requires learning to pause before you speak.

The Holy Ghost does not merely inspire us to speak; He teaches us what to say, when to say it, and how to say it. There are moments when your emotions are screaming, “Respond now!” but the Spirit is saying, “Be still.”

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” — Romans 8:14

Being led by the Spirit means that your mouth is also brought under His government.

And sometimes, the Holy Ghost will give you words that your emotions would never have chosen.

Don't let your feelings become the prophet of your life. Let the Holy Ghost lead your words.

When God makes room, no opposition can stop what He has prepared for your life. Come with an expectant heart as we trust God for enlargement, expansion, fruitfulness, and new opportunities. This month, God is making room for us and bringing us into a place of enlargement, fruitfulness, and divine expansion. Every limitation is giving way to greater opportunities, and every place that once felt too small is making room for what God has prepared for us.

As we trust God and remain faithful to Him, may He enlarge our coast, establish the works of our hands, and give us room to flourish.

This month, we shall experience Rehoboth — our God-given space to thrive, grow, and prosper.
