This was said by someone who doesn't understand God's design for marriage. God did not design marriage for cheating but for true companionship, godly offspring and truth. When cheating sets in, true companionship and truth are destroyed.
Some claimed that men are designed to cheat in marriage. This is against God's design. God did not create marriage for contention, where two or three persons are laying claim to one person and marital bliss becomes bruises.
