I seek to articulate an argument in a Judicial Review application in the High Court of England and Wales for codification of rule that any impediment by anyone desecrating the ability of male-begetter to exercise his guardianship over nurturing his young child is a crime against the childhood and the human race.

There has been a wide and long standing practice of hostility against the naturally distinct characteristics of the male ability across the breadth and width of the society and state's legal mechanism.

The children are exposed to be persecuted for decades and centuries in UK due to the lack of legal protection for the standing of their male-begetters.
