St Lukes Church Peckham is the parish church in North Peckham that seeks to live and promote the spiritual path of following Christ. We seek to be a loving and caring in what are difficult times, seeking the common good in terms of economic, ecological, social and housing justice. We are also what some call a 'mixed ecology' church celebrating different ethnic groupings including West African, Wes

t Indian, South American and European cultures. As a mixed economy church we have birthed a number of fresh expressions of church including a New Monastic Community called the Wellspring community seeking to promote Christian contemplative spirituality and progressive theology, and in the process of setting up a youth church. As a Church community we are at the progressive catholic and sacramental tradition highly influenced by different cultures, but with a generous orthodoxy that welcomes all those of faith or none.
