The worship went deep. The teaching was sharp. Testimonies filled the room with faith. The choir ministered, and hearts were moved.

There is something about being in a room full of people who genuinely believe in God. It changes the atmosphere. It changes you.

It is not that the Word is not powerful. It is that the ground it is landing on is not ready.

Pastor Ope puts it plainly. When your heart is not in the right place, it does not matter what is poured into you. It is like water on a rock. Nothing sinks in. You leave the service the same way you came in, and by the next day, you have forgotten everything.

The state of your heart determines how you receive the Word of God. Full stop.
