The UK-Uganda Martyrs Choir in London is having an online retreat tomorrow as part of their preparations to animate their Uganda Martyrs Day liturgy on June 27, 2026. The facilitator is Fr. Julius Kanyike, who is the Youth Chaplain Kampala Vicariate, and a Curate at Kibiri Parish, Kampala Archdiocese.

Uganda Martyrs were 22 Catholics and 23 Anglicans, making a total of 45 Martyrs. This Sunday June 7 at 3pm, our Anglican brethren have prepared this festival of music, featuring martyrs' hymns.

This year, the feast of Corpus Christi will be celebrated on Sunday June 7. In Birmingham, the procession will start at Our Lady of Perpetual Succor and 2:30pm, and end at St Peter's Bartley Green

The feast of Corpus Christi falls on a Thursday or Sunday after Trinity Sunday. This year, a Eucharistic Octave has been organized by catholiclondon.org/ from May 30 to June 7, 2026. June 7 will be the climax with a procession from Warwick Street from 3:30pm to Spanish Place, via the Ukrainian Cathedral.
