Refugee Week reminds us that even in the hardest circumstances, hope matters.

Our Finding Hope resource explores where hope comes from when life feels overwhelming, and how God meets us when our own strength runs out. Originally written for partners working with refugees, it is now being used around the world by people facing crisis, loss, and trauma.

Our Global Bible Resources team distribute Lifewords materials to almost 70 countries across the world, in over 50 languages, resourcing pastors in Chile, churches in Poland and people like Rajesh and his friends in Sweden.

Along with countless others, Rajesh is using Lifewords’ resources to share hope and to give opportunity to engage with the Bible. He reflects:

"We are seeking to bring life through presence and simplicity. We show up on the streets of Stockholm - often in the cold, always with coffee - and we meet people where they are. We offer something warm, something to read, a moment of genuine connection and the chance to encounter something that could change their life - regardless of their language, background, or where they’re heading."

/ zacznij od nowa is a project set up by Dobre Dzieło, a Christian foundation in Poland.

The team are seeking to share the good news of the Bible that they have experienced in their own lives, and through talks, conversations, resources, hot meals and an array of activities are sharing the love, freedom, found in Jesus with their community.

Tomek from shared: “The materials we’ve received from you are doing an incredible job. They are a vehicle for the Gospel. Local churches and individuals have also started coming to us to make use of the materials we use. We are all the more grateful to you and your donors for what you are doing, for it is an unimaginably great thing, the full significance of which we probably do not even realise.”
