Kathy wrote a study for her community group at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Swanage based on Little Book of Joy. The group spent time reading through verses in the Little Book of Joy, and reflected on some of the Little Books prompts, as well as some questions that Kathy wrote too.

- Share Little Book of Chaos with someone who is struggling with their mental health
- Discover our specialist resources
- Walk alongside individuals who are grieving a loved one or dealing with serious illness

- Help someone to make a care package or crisis box
- Signpost people to where they can get help in a crisis

One practical way of taking a step towards offering much-needed hope could be joining Everyone Everywhere's online event tonight, where we will get to talk about Lifebringers and share more about the impact of our work and resources.

All we're asking for is 100 words and a picture, or even a video if you have one to share.

Melissa, a Mental Health Chaplain shared:
"As a Mental Health Chaplain, I have used these resources for the past five years. Working in a psychiatric setting, I have watched patients who are at their most vulnerable find the bite sized chunks of curated scripture speak not only to them and their situation, but also at a time when finding the right words is difficult, they speak for them."

This World Mental Health Day, how could you be there for yourself, or for someone who is struggling with their mental health?

A crisis box can have lots of different names: emergency box, hope box, self-soothe box, happy box – you can call it whatever you like really. The point is that it is a box you can make that contains things that ground you, help you get to a calmer place, that help you when you’re struggling with your mental health.

Perhaps a crisis box is something that would help you, or something that you could help a friend put together. Or maybe you could make a care package for a friend who is struggling, and share the idea with them.
