Such a joy to welcome The Princess Royal to St Olave Hart Street for the annual Trinitytide Service in her capacity as Master of Trinity House and to read of her charity and generosity to others en-route. The 'woman from the church' mentioned in the article to whom she gave her umbrella was the Acting Bishop of London who was the guest preacher at the service and it was lovely to welcome Bishop Emma here for the first time.

The Princess Royal was walking in the wet conditions outside St Olaves Church in central London when she noticed a Church member covering her head with a folder.

A huge thank you to all who joined us on Saturday for the world premiere of 'Incendiary' and to Hambletts Productions, Grace Davidson, Edward Bennett and lute player Daniel Murphy for bringing to life Samuel and Elizabeth Pepys on stage and to Deirdre Shiels for adapting Pepys' diary for the purpose. Some pics of the performance coming soon.

A special thank you to everyone who supported the church stall at the interval and to Tom, Debbie and Henry for running it. We raised enough funds to purchase these new resources for young people. Now we have a basket of books and other resources for parents to use when they come to church with their children.
