22 യെഹിസ്കീയാവു യഹോവയുടെ ശുശ്രൂഷയിൽ സാമർത്ഥ്യം കാണിച്ച എല്ലാലേവ്യരോടും ഹൃദ്യമായി സംസാരിച്ചു; അവർ സമാധാനയാഗങ്ങൾ അർപ്പിച്ചും തങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിച്ചുംകൊണ്ടു ഏഴുദിവസം ഉത്സവം ഘോഷിച്ചു ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചു.

22 ഞാൻ ദുഃഖിപ്പിക്കാത്ത നീതിമാന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തെ നിങ്ങൾ വ്യാജങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ടു ദുഃഖിപ്പിക്കയും തന്റെ ദുർമ്മാർഗ്ഗം വിട്ടുതിരിഞ്ഞു ജീവരക്ഷ പ്രാപിക്കാതവണ്ണം ദുഷ്ടനെ നിങ്ങൾ ധൈര്യപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു
23 നിങ്ങൾ ഇനി വ്യാജം ദർശിക്കയോ പ്രശ്നം പറകയോ ചെയ്കയില്ല; ഞാൻ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ നിങ്ങളുടെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നു വിടുവിക്കും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.

INSPIRATION

We aren't meant to live a life of excess. While it is good to have wealth and material possessions, we should rather commit these things to helping those who are in need instead of accumulating things we know we won't use. Giving is part of being a Christian and it is always best to give to those who are in need. Your life will serve as an example to others on how to live in moderation.

PRAYER
Dear God, I pray that as I live my life as a Christian, as your child, may I never have selfishness as a priority in my life. Help me to be selfless in all my ways, O Lord, so I may be an example of you to your children. You set the standard first, O God, and I ask that you help me to walk in this standard. There is no way I can do it in my own actions or power. I thank you, Father, for this great faithfulness. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

INSPIRATION
As believers, we can pray for other believers. That is what Paul, Silas, and Timothy did for the church in Thessalonica – they prayed for them. Do you have other believers in your life whom you can pray for? It would probably encourage them if you texted them or asked at church next Sunday, "Is there anything I can be praying about for you? " Even if they don't tell you a specific thing to pray for, you can still pray that they will live out God's calling on their life, that they will experience God's goodness, and that God will empower them to do the work He has called them to do.

PRAYER
Lord God, I pray for my fellow believers. I pray for individuals in my church. Strengthen them. Grant them strength to do the work You have called them to, and give them endurance so they can finish their race well. Let them experience Your love and goodness this week. If they are feeling tired or ill, heal them. If they have stress or anxiety, grant them peace that surpasses understanding. If they have relational troubles, give them wisdom and grace to repair relationships. You are a God of mighty power and works. Work through us, Your Church. In Jesus' name. Amen.

20 മകനേ, എന്റെ വചനങ്ങൾക്കു ശ്രദ്ധതരിക; എന്റെ മൊഴികൾക്കു നിന്റെ ചെവി ചായിക്ക.
21 അവ നിന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടിയിൽനിന്നു മാറിപ്പോകരുതു; നിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിന്റെ നടുവിൽ അവയെ സൂക്ഷിച്ചുവെക്കുക.
22 അവയെ കിട്ടുന്നവർക്കു അവ ജീവനും അവരുടെ സർവ്വദേഹത്തിന്നും സൌഖ്യവും ആകുന്നു.

ആഹാസിന്റെ ഘടികാരത്തിൽ സൂര്യഗതി അനുസരിച്ചു ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്ന നിഴലിനെ ഞാൻ പത്തു പടി പിന്നോക്കം തിരിയുമാറാക്കും; ഇങ്ങനെ സൂര്യൻ ഘടികാരത്തിൽ ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോയിരുന്ന പത്തു പടി തിരിഞ്ഞു പോന്നു.
Behold, I will bring again the shadow of the degrees, which is gone down in the sun dial of Ahaz, ten degrees backward. So the sun returned ten degrees, by which degrees it was gone down.
