Instructions for the Week of Consecration
Please be intentional about guarding your spirit and maintaining purity for prayer. Do your best to avoid things that pollute your heart or weaken your spiritual sensitivity:
- Avoid anger, unnecessary arguments, and fights.
- No gossiping or backbiting.
- Be mindful of conversations that pull you down or magnify what you “lack.” Avoid entertaining negativity.
- Surround yourself with uplifting conversations and godly encouragement.
- Most importantly, litter your day with the Word of God (the Bible).
This week, trust that God will begin to reveal to you who you truly are and who you are meant to be in this season, so that you can walk in it. There is no point in being a lion yet living as though you are prey, running from goats.
Please organize yourselves in preparation for this week. Do not miss! Come expectant and ready.
Also, be prepared for a fast may be announced at any time during the week.
