We give thanks for the life and witness of Bishop Sarah, our diocesan Bishop, who has prayerfully responded to God‘s call on her life to the See of Canterbury. We hold Bishop Sarah and her family in our prayers as she prepares for this new ministry.

A prayer for the new Archbishop of Canterbury

Almighty and everlasting God,
the only worker of great marvels,
send down upon your servant Sarah,
called to be Archbishop of Canterbury,
and all who are committed to her care,
the spirit of your saving grace,
and that they may truly please you,
pour upon them the continual due of your blessing,
grant this, O Lord,
for the honour of our advocate and mediator,
Jesus Christ.

Very exciting exhibition where a contemporary artist takes a look at Vestments and the connections to modern art. We are also enormously lucky to have Rupert Sheldrake speaking on his book Science and Spiritual Practice .September 9 th. 7.00 pm rupertsheldrake -vestments

Craft Fair on Saturday 10th May 11am - 4pm.
Highlights include: handmade artisan crafts, a local artist selling prints and doing sketches, a Thrift & Upcycle stall (donations of clothes and goods welcome), kid’s craft activities, coffee/tea and light lunches, home baked goods and preserves to take away.
It’s a fun event, and proceeds will support the church.
