I come before you, Dear God. As the sun rises, may your hope rise up in me.
And as the birds bring in the dawn, let your love flow out of me.
And as the light floods into this new day, may your joy shine through me. as I come before you, And drink in this moment of peace, So that I may carry something of your hope, love, and joy this day, in my heart.

Dear God, We want to thank you for your goodness and for your blessings over us. Thank you for your love and care. Thank you for all that you have done for us,. Forgive us when we don't thank you enough, for who you are, for all that you do, for all that you've given to us. Help us to set our eyes and our hearts on you afresh this day. Renew our spirits, fill us with your peace and joy. know that we are eternally thankful to you, We love you and we need you always, this day and every day. We give you praise and thanks, for You alone and only you are worthy! Amen

[ MORNING PRAYER ]

Dear God - may nothing separate me from You today. Teach me how to choose only Your way , so each step will lead me closer to You. Help me walk by your Word and not by my desires for materialistic things. Help me to keep my heart pure and undivided. Protect me from my own careless thoughts, words, and actions. And keep me from being distracted by my wants, My needs, and my thoughts on how things should be.

Help me to embrace what comes my way as an opportunity from you ... rather than a personal inconvenience.

And finally, help me to live in the truth of Psalm 86:13, "Great is your love towards me." Amen.

Dear God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time; accepting hardship as a pathway to peace; taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; trusting that You will make all things right if I surrender to Your will; so that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with You forever in the next.
