Pastor Morgan, has been a member of the First Born Church of the Living God since 1979. Since taking fellowship she has held many offices including: Young People’s Minster, Foreign Ministry Lead and Assistant Pastor. After the passing of the much loved

head of Church, Pastor Parker, she was appointed Senior Pastor in 2010; a position which she holds to this day. Her leadership style has been described as loving, caring and community minded. Her voice has been described as anointed, and can be heard guiding the congregation into revival. Assistant Pastor, Edith Bedford has been a member of the First Born Church of the Living God from childhood, and was baptised at the age of 18. She is an accomplished theological researcher and leads the mid-week bible study group on zoom, as well as delivering the adult Sunday school service. Pastor Bedford’s love of imparting biblical knowledge, and her disciplined approach to her work makes her skilled at turning her hand to all areas of ministry. She is a gifted singer and is also known for her joyful sense of humour.

🎶“I Almost Let Go” – Testimony of God’s Faithfulness

✨We were so deeply moved as Minister Carren Richards, shared her powerful testimony of how God continues to carry her through illness and a stroke. As she continues to mend we pray healing for her whole body and mind. 🙏🏾

🌟Through the darkness, the song “I Almost Let Go” by Kurt Carr became a source of strength and hope, reminding her that God’s hand was holding her, during the times she felt alone.

✨Thank you, Minister Carren, for opening your heart and blessing us with a song that came from the depths of your soul. Your courage and faith inspires us all. 💖

Our church family came together to celebrate the birthday of Mother Moore and Deacon Gelly, both are pillars in our church, loved deeply and cherished by everyone. 💐💖

✨Sister Sade presented flowers and gifts, honouring these amazing women who have been mother figures and spiritual guides to her and her children. Through her heartfelt words and a powerful prayer, she spoke blessings and gratitude over their lives. 🙏🏽

✨We thank God for their strength, wisdom, unwavering love over the years, and faith that have touched so many hearts. May their new year be filled with joy, good health, and abundant blessings. 🌸🙌🏽

Our hearts rejoice with Pastor Morgan, as she welcomes her new born niece into the family, and we celebrate the new chapter in her brother’s life of becoming a first time father to a beautiful baby girl.

📖“Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.” (Psalm 127:3, KJV) 💖

✨As Pastor reminded us, even in seasons of change, we see the glory of the Lord high and lifted up: 📖“In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.” (Isaiah 6:1, KJV) ✨

Faith, Love & Unity

Thank you, Pastor Wright, for joining us in fellowship, and providing us with a word of encouragement.

✨You reminded us that, the crippled man’s healing wasn’t just about his own faith—it was also about the love and unity of his four friends who carried him to Jesus. Together, their faith opened the door to a miracle. ✨

✨Through life’s storms and uncertain waters, we’re reminded that our true Pilot is Christ Himself—the One who commands the winds and waves📖(Matthew 8:26–27).

“My Pilot Masters the Sea” is a song of trust and surrender, this is God's promise that no matter how rough the journey, he will guide us safely to shore 📖(Psalm 107:29–30). 🙌🏾

✨Just as we face trials, doubts, and fears in daily life, this song is a reminder that we are never alone—the Master of the sea is at the helm.🙏🏾

🔥 When the flesh rises up, let the Spirit of God take over.

Where the Spirit is in operation, we find love, peace, kindness, patience, and the peace that passes all understanding. 🙏🏾
Jesus reminds us in John 14:1 (KJV):
“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.”
✨ Today, let’s invite the Spirit to lead our thoughts, our words, and our actions—so the fruit of the Spirit shines through us.

We are God’s Chosen Generation

✨ Being different is not about standing out for the world’s approval—it’s about being set apart for God’s purpose. The Bible reminds us, “they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength” (Isaiah 40:31, KJV). Waiting on God makes us stronger, gives us courage knowing that we are God’s people and are different.
