POSSESSION PREEMPTS PRAYER

Mark 11:23 (KJV)
He shall have whatsoever he saith.

There’s a realm in God where you no longer pray; you possess! When something becomes yours in the spirit, your language shifts from request to declaration. You don’t beg for what’s already in your hands: you speak as a possessor.

My wife and I have reached a place where need is no longer our focus. As Scripture says, we are “self-sufficient.” Our prayers are no longer centred on what we require but on what the Kingdom requires: nations, people, expansion, and advancement. That’s what possession does: it moves prayer to another level entirely.

This year, your prayers are shifting. As you take hold of what Christ has already secured for you, you’ll find yourself speaking less from desire and more from dominion. This is the year you take possession of what’s yours spiritually, financially, physically and prophetically. You shall possess your possessions in Jesus’ Name!

PRAYER FOR TODAY

Father, thank You for the authority You’ve given me in Christ. Shift my understanding from asking to possessing, and help me to speak from dominion, not from lack, in Jesus’ Name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I possess what God has given me. I take dominion; I don’t beg. I decree increase, sufficiency and supernatural advancement in every area of my life!

‎There’s a book titled Dead Doctors Don’t Lie. The concept is simple: you can learn a lot from what has already died. According to Scripture, the old you was crucified with Christ, the “you” shaped by shame, fear, failure and limitation is dead.

‎Dead men don’t argue with the truth. They don’t complain or contradict what God says. As a Christian, you no longer live by your biology but by the life of Christ. So, as a new creation being, there are things you must never lie to yourself about again. Never say you’re rejected when you’re accepted in the Beloved. Refuse to call yourself powerless when the Spirit of God lives in you. Never speak lack when all things are yours. Let your words agree with your crucifixion and resurrection.

‎Father, thank You that my old life was crucified with Christ. Let my thoughts, words, and actions demonstrate His nature, righteousness, and victory. I choose to live by who I am in You. Amen.

HANDLE WITH CARE

Touch not mine anointed...

In the days of old, the presence of God was carried in a physical container, the Ark. When Uzzah reached out to steady it, he was struck dead instantly (2 Samuel 6:1-7). He learned the hard way that trying to do God a favour without His instruction is a dangerous thing. The ark could not be touched any how because God dwelt in it.

Now the presence of God resides in you. You are the ark of God. That means you cannot be touched, handled or approached any how. The most dangerous part of this truth is that you determine what “touch” is acceptable.

Your days of being pushed around, mistreated or handled carelessly are over. God is performing strange work this year, and you are His anointed. You carry His presence. And Heaven enforces what you permit and what you refuse.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

Father, thank You for Your presence that rests within me. Teach me to honour what You have anointed and to honour myself as Your dwelling place. Give me discernment to recognise what I must permit and the boldness to refuse what dishonours Your presence in my life.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am God’s anointed. I cannot be mishandled. Every attempt to touch, hinder or oppose me is stopped and judged in Jesus’ Name!
