Hi there. We restart toddler singing after half term this next Monday, 6th June, 10am and we will then meet every Monday through to 4th July when we will break for the summer. I am leaving the area over the summer (after ten years as minister in Llandudno), so it would be lovely to see you before I go! Rev Bev

Hello everyone, toddler singing is happening at St John's Methodist Church, Mostyn Street, every Monday morning 10am. We are having a pause next Monday 30th May as it is half term but we will be restarting on Monday 6th June. We hope to see you then. Rev Bev.

Hi everyone, just to let you know that we have had our last toddler singing session before Easter. We had a lovely time! Thank you to everyone who has been coming along. We restart after Easter on Monday 25th April 10am. We look foward to seeing you again then.

Hello everyone, My apologies for messages I have not responded to over recent weeks - I have been on sabbatical since Christmas. But I am back now and restarted at the singing group yesterday (which continued running in my absence). So, just a reminder, we are holding baby/toddler singing every Monday at St John's Methodist Church, Mostyn Street, 10am start (for about half an hour - we are all exhausted by then!) followed by refreshments. We no longer require face masks, are well spaced out and have good ventilation. We would love to see you there. It is great fun to sing and be active together. It is one of my favouraite activities of the week!

Hello everyone. Well, after a tremendous few weeks of toddler singing we have held our last session for this term. All being well, we will restart on Monday 10th January 9.30am. Meanwhile, have a wonderful Christmas. One Christmas activity you might particularly like to be part of is our Pop-up Nativity in the Park, Wednesday 22nd December 4.30pm in Craig y Don park (weather permitting). Come in warm clothes and with a torch, and come covered in Christmas lights if you can! We'd love to see you there, joining in as we take part in the story together.

Hi everyone. We're ready to go. Toddler singing will restart at St John's next Monday, 1st November, 10am. The session will last about 3/4 hour including refreshments. £2 per family (£1 per additional child). Please bring a soft toy if you can. Remember, adults must wear face coverings (unless exempt). Now all I have to do is remember the song words and actions!

An update on our plans to restart something for toddlers in the coming weeks: we have held a planning meeting and hope to restart toddler singing on Monday 1st November 10am (after half term). This Sunday, 26th September 11am, we are holding our Harvest Festival service. There will be special provision for children including a daffodil bulb prayer and a cartoon video illustrating the Bible story. Gifts of non-perishable food will go to the Conwy Food Bank.

Hello everyone,
I have been trying to work out some more dates when children are particularly invited to be involved in worship. Below is what I've come up with so far.

Also, for those with children young enough, toddlers has restarted at St David's Methodist Church, Craig y Don - every Friday in term time 9-11am. Meanwhile, St John's on Mostyn Street has a meeting on Monday at 10am to discuss whether we can restart toddler singing there. If you want to come along and help plan, you are very welcome. If we do restart, it will be Mondays 9:30am.

Harvest - 26th September at St John's, 11am; 10th October at St David's, 10am

Stir up Sunday - 21st November (the Sunday before Advent) - 10am St David's or 11am St John's.

We will have some sort of Christingle/Nativity in December but how depends on the regulations and the need not to get crowded in church. It would be nice to have something inside as well as outside (probably Craig y Don park) but it all depends on the regulations at the time.

There will be more in 2022 but probably not till March, e.g. Mothering Sunday 27th March, as I am on sabbatical in January and February.

It would be lovely to see you at any of these events. I will try to keep you posted on what else is going on as it gets announced. Thank you for wanting to be involved. We are doing our best to get things going again.

Don't be shocked! Yes, it is me getting back in touch! We are thinking of reopening toddler singing but to do it we need people to help plan and lead it, by which I mean just make sure it happens and help do refreshments (not lead the singing... unless you are keen of course!!). If you are in any way interested, please contact me via facebook as soon as you can. We are planning to meet on Monday 13th September 10am at St John's to discuss. Hello! It's nearly a year since I last posted something here. What a year it has been. We would so love to reopen our family activities but it just isn't possible at the moment. However, I am planning to hold occasional zoom Sunday afternoon sessions for families of young children (pre and primary school). The first is on Sunday 31st January 4pm for about twenty minutes and it is a PET SERVICE! Please get in contact via facebook or email if you want the joining invitation.
