What a wonderful weekend we all had!

On Sunday, Gateacre Chapel had the honour of hosting the district service for the Merseyside and District Ministry Association. The delightful service, led by joint GA Presidents Rev. Alex and Rev. Jean Bradley, was attended by congregation members and ministers from across the district and was followed by a delicious buffet and joyful conversation.

We at Gateacre Chapel are delighted to announce that our next gathering, on Sunday 10th May, will be our district service. The service will be led by GA Presidents Rev. Alex Bradley and Rev. Jean Bradley.

The service will start at the later than usual time of 3pm, followed by a buffet at the Gateacre Institute - all are welcome!

Please Note: Parking near the chapel is currently restricted due to ongoing building works nearby. Gateacre Brow is still able to be parked on, but if this gets busy, you may have to park on a nearby street and walk to the Chapel.

At the weekend Sian was delighted to attend the induction service for Rev. Rob Foreman at Park Lane Chapel. She attended on behalf of our Chapel and was invited to share some words of welcome during the service in her role as president of the district.

It was a beautiful, sunny day filled with much joy, good friends and some excellent singing! Congratulations to Rob from all of us at Gateacre Chapel.
