“Happy Father’s Day”

Something that will circulate on our feed pages for a few days now.
Happy father’s day celebrations, cakes, cards, wishes, pictures with fathers n so on.

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ

A'isha رضي الله عنه reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
“He who innovates things in our affairs for which there is no valid (reason) (commits sin) and these are to be rejected.” (Sahih Muslim 1718)

And many more such ahadees tell us biddah is not part of our deen, not the sunnah of our beloved prophet ﷺ .

Why is there a need for these specified days?
Western culture has inculcated so much into our lives that it’s deep-rooted and cannot be invalidated (according to society norms) but there is need to step up and not associate celebrations with certain days.
One day for father? Who has played vital role in your life? One day for mother? Who has sacrificed major part of her life for you?

SubhanAllah Islam is so beautiful.
Parents hold special place in our lives.
And Our beloved Prophetﷺ said about father:

Abu Darda' heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say that:
"The father is the middle door of Paradise (i.e. the best way to Paradise), so it is up to you whether you take advantage of it or not."

Allah subhanwatallah have laid down rules for every thing and rights of every person in islam that you don’t have to look upto other people.

People say what’s the harm in it? We are just celebrating. Celebrate what Allah pak has asked us to celebrate ❤️ beautiful days of celebration: Eid ul fitr, Eid ul adha.

There’s no harm in having dinner or cut cake but do not associate it with one day. Take your father out every day. ❤️

May Allah guide us all.
I am no scholar
I am not a very religious person either but please people enlighten yourself with the teachings of Allah and not follow westernisation in any way.

Allah SWT has allowed us to reach Ramadan this year so lets make the most of this blessed month and pave our way to jannah in sha Allah
May Allah SWT guide us to the right path and allow us to fully edure the essence of Ramadan this year

Aiwein roz shaitan naal larhda kaddi nafs apne naal larheya hi nai
Bulleh Shah asmaani urhdi pharda, jerha ghar bettha onhon pharheya hi nai

You read and read and call yourself a scholar but you never studied about yourself
You keep visiting temples and mosques but you never entered inside yourself
Every day you fight against Satan but you never fought against your own ego
Bulleh Shah, you grasp for the flight of heaven, yet you never grasped what is within your own house

This beautiful piece of poetry by Baba Bulleh Shah. This master piece didn’t only fit in it’s own era but suffices every epoch. This propels us to think and reflect upon ourselves and our entire beings. Nafs meaning “desires”. When we think about desires, the first thing that pops in our mind is worldly material thing. It’s meaning isn’t that easy to understand but it runs deep down. Desires doesn’t just encompass ‘things’ but also the infatuations towards people, ideas, personalities, things and what not! The only thing that we need to remember is that this world is just temporary and our ultimate destination is yet to come. We should only gather stuff for akhirah and stuff that goes to the next world is your “deeds”.

This pandemic has been eye opening that this world is what? Indeed a putrefying co**se and what are those things that we are running after?

May Allah guide us all and keep us on the right path

!! GOOD NEWS !!
Women who are not able to pray during these 10 blessed days can have immense rewards as well. Dont waste any single day with an excuse 'Oh! i can't pray and i can't get any reward.'
Juwairiyah (radhi Allaahu anha) reported that one day the Prophet, peace be upon him, left her apartment in the morning as she was busy observing her dawn prayer in her place of worship. He came back in the forenoon and she was still sitting there. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said to her, “You have been in the same place since I left you?” She said, “Yes.” Thereupon the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, “I recited four words three times after I left you and if these were to be weighed against what you have recited since morning these would outweigh them, and these words are:

سُبْحـانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْـدِهِ عَدَدَ خَلْـقِه ، وَرِضـا نَفْسِـه ، وَزِنَـةَ عَـرْشِـه ، وَمِـدادَ كَلِمـاتِـه

Subhaanallaahi wa bihamdihi: ‘Adada khalqihi wa ridhaa nafsihi, wa zinata ‘arshihi wa midaada kalimaatihi.

Glory is to Allaah and praise is to Him, by the multitude of his creation, by His Pleasure, by the weight of His Throne, and by the extent of His Words (Recite 3 times in Arabic)

People these days are so much involved in DUNIYA that they have forgotten about how short our stay in this temporary world is.
"this world is nothing but a putrefying co**se."
This world is temporary and our ultimate stay is the HEREAFTER. Our life goals should work around that. Every deed be it as simple as smiling at someone or as big as strengthening someone's Eman will earn you reward. If we do everything to seek pleasure of ALLAH SWT we will get reward for even trivial of things. and, in the end, this is all that matters. We are not going to take these worldly possessions with us on the Day of Judgement but all our deeds.

Lets do a small thing today to earn reward:

SMILE AT SOMEONE WITH NIYYAH OF FOLLOWING SUNNAH
