In 2003, around 10 Marthoma families came together under the able leadership of Rev. K V Cherian and started Mar Thoma worship in Liverpool at the historic St.Cyprian's Church, Edge Hill. David Lewis and St. Cyprian's parishioners for opening their doors for us and the brotherhood and love showered upon us. The wholehearted support and guidance of St. John's MTC Hounslow, London was immense in our

growth and development. In May 2021, we moved into our own premises in Belle Vale. Thank you Lord Almighty for all the blessings that you have bestowed on us. Help us Lord to live our lives pleasing to your eyes and to be an example for people around us.

On behalf of Carmel Mar Thoma Church Liverpool , we extend our heartfelt congratulations to our Vicar Rev. Dr. Abu Cherian on the successful completion of his doctoral studies from Durham University.
