Mental Health, Faith & The Whole Person 💚

As May marks Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re creating space for honest conversations around mental wellbeing, faith, healing, and hope.

We’re excited to begin this impactful series with our first session led by Eld. Samuel Badu:

📖 “Sacred Struggles: Exploring Mental Health Narratives in the Bible”

This session will explore how emotional and mental struggles are reflected throughout Scripture, and how faith can support us through real-life challenges.
