Together For the Harvest

Together For the Harvest Imagine the whole Church, working and relating together as One Church. Jesus challenged us to pray to the Lord of the Harvest for the workers.

Let's join together for the harvest!

17/07/2026

Are you a Together for the Harvest partner? If not, and you're wondering why you should be, we'd like to pass the metaphorical microphone to Michael Chesterman of YWAM (Youth with a Mission) Liverpool.

He says this: "I've been a part of TFH for a number of years now, and one of the best things about it is that it unifies the city to come together for the bigger picture of what the gospel is meant to be.

"I highly encourage you to connect with other believers, connect with other churches, be encouraged, and come join us because this is what unity of the Spirit looks like. People from all different denominations, backgrounds, and groups coming together to want to share Christ, the hope of Jesus, so why not be a part of Together for the Harvest and join us?

Is this what a church leader looks like in 2026?

It's one of the images that appeared when we searched online for "picture of a church leader".

Chances are that your church leader not only looks a little different to the chap in the hat, but has a very different set of duties too. Everything from fixing the lock on the ladies' loos to running an Alpha course and writing three sermons a month.

At TFH, we know that it's not easy being a church leader. Our director planted and ran a church for 20+ years and our board is made up entirely of church leaders. We understand.

That's why leader health is one of our key issues, and why we do our level best to help every church leader we know in every way we can.

The fact is, though, we are stronger together. So if you want to support your church leader, why not join TFH today?

And if you are a church leader and your church isn't a member, why not consider becoming one? You'll be glad you did.

All the details are on our website at tfh.org.uk.

It used to be so simple, didn't it?

If you wanted to make contact with someone, you phoned them up, wrote them a letter, or popped around to see them. Easy.

Now there are so many ways to contact each other that we end up missing the messages that really matter.

Since a lot of what we do revolves around communication, we thought we'd do a little poll. Just vote A, B, C, D or E in the comments to get involved.

Which method of communication do you prefer?

A: Email
B: Phone call
C: Text message or WhatsApp
D: Letter through the post
E: Social media

"It’s a privilege to be part of TFH. When you meet the incredible leaders in our city it inspires you to step out in faith yourself." – Dr Esther Cole.

Together for the Harvest is nothing without our partners. Our partners enable us to exist – they allow us to support churches and church leaders, help people as they plant churches, and encourage Christians to evangelise.

Would you consider becoming a partner today? It's really simple to do, and it really does make a huge difference.

Just visit our website at tfh.org.uk or say "me" in the comments and we'll be in touch.

What does your church website look like?

Is it teeming with information, full of answers to questions and encouraging people to come on Sunday?

Or is it dated, giving little or no idea of what a new visitor could expect and full of posts about church picnics in 2021?

If it's more like the latter, or you'd just like to give your website a new look, then this post is for you. Especially if you're a partner of Together for the Harvest.

At TFH, we've partnered with Wirral web design company Bees Creative Content to offer church partners a reduced rate on a brand new website or website upgrade.

Bees Creative Content is owned and run by TFH Operations and Communications lead Andrew Greenhalgh, who works with other churches and charities on the days he is not working with TFH.

TFH partner churches will receive a 20% discount on all work carried out by Bees Creative Content and isn't just restricted to websites. It also includes social media work, graphic design (flyers, newsletters), content writing (e.g. website content) and training in Canva, WordPress, ChurchSuite, Facebook and Instagram.

To find out more, write Yes in the comments or send us a message and we'll be in touch.

Welcome to our newest board member, Pastor Blessing Osaghae!

We have been trying to bring Pastor Blessing on board for some time, so we are thrilled that she has said yes.

Pastor Blessing is a fire-branded revivalist, worship leader, and visionary who is passionately committed to seeing people awakened, ignited, and fully on fire for Christ.

She said: "I joined TFH (and board) because I am passionate about what God is doing across Liverpool and environs. I have a deep desire to see greater unity among churches, believers working together with one heart and purpose, and the city transformed by the love of Christ.

"I am particularly passionate about discipleship, equipping people to grow in their faith, and city-wide prayers that brings believers together to seek God for His purposes. I also have a heart for reaching those who do not yet know Jesus. TFH provides a powerful opportunity to serve this vision, reaching every man, woman and child with the Gospel, and I am honoured to play a part in supporting the work God is doing throughout our region."

Amen!

Pastor Blessing is the Lead Pastor of Glory Worship Church Worldwide, where she pastors alongside her husband, Pastor Peter Jaboro. Through her leadership, she is raising a generation of disciples who carry the fire of God with integrity and hunger.

She is also an incredible singer with several albums under her belt - you can find her on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon or wherever you stream your music.
