St. James in the City

St. James in the City St. James in the City is an Anglican church in Liverpool city centre; developing a contemporary model of church in response to a modern city culture.

We seek to serve the members of our local community including youth and students in the area by working with universities, schools and charities in Liverpool. Using our Church core values which are 'Love, Live, Grow, Serve and Build' our vision is to help people spiritually, emotionally and physically to spread the Good News of Jesus.

Big smiles across our services! We've got Church this Sunday and its a special one, its BAPTISM SUNDAY! Come and join us at 10:30am and 4:00pm! We'll be baptising our candidates and do stay for a brew before and after the service! There's stuff on for all ages! Kids provision at both services and Youth at the 4:00pm!

Fancy trying Church tomorrow? You would be so welcome to come and join us at St James in the City. There's lots going on, services at 10:30am and 4pm, with Kids groups at both and Youth Church at the 4pm. Hey, why don't you try Church tommorrow!

We're gathering at St James in the City at 10:30am and at 4:00pm and we'd love for you to join us! We have refreshments before both services, and during the services we have worship, teaching, prayer, and more refreshments afterwards!
