Just received this fantastic feedback from two of our visitors from Heritage Open Days…

“Never visited this church before although not far from home and regularly pass it. I had read report in past that a new vault had been found and repaired. Assumed this would be open to public in heritage week. Guides who were there very knowledgeable,great to see the underground crypt (normally closed), had a little cafe area with cake(donations) enjoyed couple of hrs there. Would recommend “

“ What a treat. I didn’t know that it was the opening of the just renovated church. Loads of people. Video of renovation going all the time. Very welcome drink and cake! Lovely church now up to date for our times worship. They even had the newly found steps down to the crypt open, so we went down there. Lots of people to show you. Too wet to see outside! Very ancient church made great!”
