Heard stuff at The Search that you’re intrigued about? Curious about Jesus’ time on Earth? Starting in two days, we’ve got an 8 week course going through the gospel of Mark. It will be a chilled study going over the claims of Jesus. Join us for a pint and a chat at The Pilgrim Pub at 19:30 every Thursday!

We hope you enjoyed all of our events this week. We’ve loved having deep chats, great food and beautiful music. For most, The Search is over but for many, The Search continues! If you are interested in finding out more about the topics we have been talking about, consider our Uncover Mark Course at the Pilgrim pub, starting Thursday at 7:30pm. Drop us a message if you are thinking of coming along. Also, this week was run by so please check us out. We run loads of events every week! Thank you once again and stay tuned for next year - who knows where you’ll be???

Unfortunately the roast has been cancelled due to food hygiene concerns regarding the external caterer and their equipment.
But don't worry, the event is still going ahead! We have a wide selection food including vegan nuggets, donuts, salad and of course Domino's pizza for you.
Sorry about this last minute unforseen change but it's still going to be a great end to The Search.
So come along to complete The Search for Love and find out if love really can last.

It's our last day! We hope you've enjoyed our events so far. We've got 2 final events for you today!
Today's lunch talks will be on the afterlife and what we believe might happen after we die.
Tonight we'll be joining our friends from LJMU and Hope again to enjoy a delicious roast dinner. The perfect Valentine's dinner! We'll also be discussing love and whether there is any perfect love on earth and that can last forever.
We hope you have a great day celebrating all those you love!

How great was last night's pizza?! Here's what's coming up today.
At lunch time we have talks on suffering, whether God can really be good when we see so much of it in the world and whether there is any meaning in our pain. And of course, free lunch will be provided.
This evening we'll be having a chilled evening with free cocktails (non-alcoholic options also available) and lots of delicious cakes. Tonight's topic will be justice and whether we can have hope in anything in this world that seems so messed up and unjust.

We hope you enjoyed the curry last night! We're half way through The Search and we've got more great events and great food for you today.
At lunch time, as well as the free lunch, we'll be tackling the big topic of 'Science vs. God' and looking at why these two seemingly contrasting belief systems might not conflict with each other as much as we might think.
This evening we'll be feasting on pizza courtesy of Domino's and tonight's talk will be on identity and what makes us who we are.

We had a great time at our two events yesterday and we have two more exciting events lined up for you today!
We have free lunch available again in the Library Room with a talk on the hot topic of climate change and what we think God might want to say about it.
Tonight there's delicious curry on offer and we'll be discussing where we find our purpose in life.

It's the first day of The Search! We hope you're excited for all the events coming up this week!
We have 2 free lunches today in the Library Room with talks on whether we can still trust The Bible.
Then tonight we'll be joining with LJMU and Hope in the Mountford Hall to feast on all sorts of comfort food and we'll be thinking about whether or not we can find true satisfaction.
