Come along and join us for our monthly coffee morning on Saturday June 6thh from 10-30 to 12.00.
We will be holding a guided meditation in the Quiet garden at 11am.
You'll find the Meeting House opposite Littlehampton own hall and Museum.

We will be raising fund for Lend with Care.

Lend with care brings together entrepreneurs in low-income countries with the people that have the power to help them - people like you. Come along and join us at our monthly coffee morning. This month we having a Small Plant Sale to raise funs for the meeting house. We will have a selection of small plants for sale which will include: tomatoes, courgettes, butternut squash, geraniums, sweet peas and much more!

Bring and Buy book Sale. Coffee morning.
Saturday 7th February 10-30 till 12 noon.

What better way to spend a winters morning than to curl up with a good book in the warm. Bring along a book or two that you are ready to part with, and buy some books that others might have enjoyed. There will be an opportunity if your wish to discuss the books with friends over a cup of coffee and a cake.

Light a candle for Hope and Peace in the year ahead.

Each month we support a different charity - this month all your donations will go to Amnesty International. An organisation that stands against injustice and help defenf human rights.

Here is a brief story taken rge booklet, Write for Rights
Cambodia - Mother Nature Cambodia. An award winning youth group known for major campaign victories, including stopping a dam in the Areng Valley and halting distructive sand exports. It's members use peaceful activism to protect forests, rivers and coastal communities.
Since 2016 they have face relentless repression by the authorities. In July 2024, six activists were sentenced to eight years in prison for 'plotting' and 'insulting' the King.
Will you help support this group by writing a short letter of support. Come along on the 3rd of January and we will help you do so.

ARTS and CRAFTS COFFEE MORNING
Saturday 1st November 10-30am till 12.00
A small exhibition and sale of Local Artists arts and crafts.
Friends Meeting House (opposite Littlehampton town hall and museum)
Donations from the coffee morning will go toward supporting Nicole, who is in her final year at school in Zimbabwe

Hazel Morris, from Littlehampton Quakers, went out to Zimbabwe for several years volunteering to teach art projects to young people at Hlekweni. Ravaged by AIDS and years of the Mugabe dictatorship, life is difficult in Zimbwabe for those without private means. At Hlekweni, Hazel became friends with Nicole, supporting her to pay for her secondary education which her single mother simply couldn't afford. This is Nicole's final year at school and Hazel hopes that she will have earned enough qualifications to set her up for life'.
