A proud day for our Lodge as we see two of our historic Lambeg drums fully built up and standing side by side once again. The Walkington Drum and The McKeown Drum.

The McKeown Drum carries a remarkable history dating back to 1884, while the Walkington Drum is believed to be approximately 30 years younger. Both drums are an important part of our heritage, and it is fantastic to see them restored and presented in such fine condition.

We would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Alan and Dennis for all their hard work, skill, and dedication in helping bring these drums to completion. Your time, effort, and expertise are greatly appreciated by everyone in the Lodge.

We look forward to hearing these magnificent drums on the road and preserving their legacy for future generations.

🎉🔶🔷 OUR PARADE THIS SATURDAY 🔶🔷🎉

Here's all you need to know for an enjoyable night 😎

💥 Fantastic line up of bands warming up the crowd outside Linenhall Museum starting 6.30pm

💥 The main parade will start at 8:15pm

💥 Sons of Ulster Shankill to lead the parade

💥 The band will be parading at the end

💥 Bands please queue on the exit road of the carpark

💥 Buses please park on Laganbank Road (beside Pure Gym)

💥 FREE ADMISSION to disco in Lisburn Orange Hall afterwards

We will have our members doing a street collection so please dig deep and support the band😁

Hopefully the weather stays dry for us and we see another great crowd around the town for what is sure to be another great parade in Lisburn 🎉🎶🍻

Brookhill LOL 770 warmly invite all Sisters and Brethren to attend their Bannerette Unfurling Ceremony on Friday, 19th June 2026 at 7.30pm in Brookhill Orange Hall.

During the evening, a presentation will also be made to Motor Neurone Disease from the proceeds of their recent charity Big Breakfast.

The event will be followed by supper and fellowship.

All Sisters, Brethren, family, and friends are warmly welcome to attend.
