• Monday – PRAYER ROOM AT SONAS, city centre to 9 pm tonight
Bowling club at 7.30 pm in the main hall
• Tuesday – PRAYER ROOM AT SONAS, CITY CENTRE [8 AM TO 9PM]
Coffee & Fellowship – 10 am to 12 Noon in the main hall
• Wednesday – PRAYER ROOM IN JOURNEY CHURCH [Moira Rd] – all day
Craft Group at 10.30 am in coffee bar; GFS Registration at 6.45 pm in coffee bar; Prayer Fellowship at 7.30 pm in the choir room
• Thursday – PRAYER ROOM IN SEYMOUR STREET METHODIST CHURCH – all day
Ladybirds Women’s group at 11 am in coffee bar; CLB Registration at 6.45 pm in Sports Hall; choir at 7.30 pm in choir room
• Friday – PRAYER ROOM IN LISBURN CITY CHURCH – all day
Mothers’ Union Service in the Church at 7.30 pm
• Saturday – PRAYER ROOM in our Coffee Bar [All Day] – to sign up, contact Paul or Matthew. Corporate time of prayer at 8-9 pm
• Sunday 13th – Morning worship at 10.30 am with Christ Church Kids resuming for all primary aged children.
Messy Church at 4 pm in the Hall, looking at “Prayer” through activities, songs, story and with food
7.00 pm – Prayer Gathering in Trinity Methodist Church to conclude the 8 Days of Prayer for our city

Sunday 6th September:
We gather at 8.30 am for Holy Communion.
10.30 am Morning Worship as we look at “Prayer: the hope of our calling” from Ephesians 1.
As churches in Lisburn, we begin our 8 days of prayer at 7pm in Lagan Valley Vineyard. Do join us in this journey.

As we begin a new season in Christ Church Lisburn, we have a variety of groups for children and young people during the week and on Sunday.
We also have a Messy Church on the 2nd Sunday of each month in the Hall at 4.00 pm for about 90 mins for all ages of children and adults.

The week ahead in the parish:
Giving thanks for the Kids Bible Club last week and the service yesterday; for all involved in leading it and each child who attended. Why not watch ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’ to remember some of the themes of the service and to know the hope reflected in Aslan who died and rose again? Remember the gifts given to the children and the gifts the Lord has given to each of us to use for His Glory and to build up the Church.

Tuesday Coffee [10 am to 12 noon] in main hall – fellowship and community.

Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Heather Clarke – Tuesday at 2.00 pm in Church.

Wednesday: Planning for week of Prayer [6-13 Sept] and our prayer room [Sat 12th Sept] – coffee bar at 8.00 pm.

Thursday: Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Gill Lappin at 12 noon in the Church.

Contact Magazines for September should be available to collect on Thursday.

We are hosting the prayer room on Saturday 12th September all day in our coffee bar.
