Volunteer Opportunity

Open post: Treasurer for St Helens PCC
Willingham by Stow

In May this year, the post of Treasurer will become vacant.
While the role is in support of St Helens PCC (Parochial Church Council), you do not need to be a member of the PCC, hence would be co-opted onto the committee rather than full member.
This voluntary role involves maintaining the church accounts and reporting them to the PCC at their 4 - 5 meetings per year and having the accounts audited once a year, and post the audit presenting final accounts to the PCC.
The outgoing treasurer will be available to support the handover, and if you have any questions or concerns.
If you are interested or would like to know more, please email me at [email protected]
St. Helens APCM (Annual Parochial Church Meeting) will follow the 10.30am service on Sunday 24th May.
